		Vervain High strung, impulsive, hyperactive, overpowering, irritable, exaggerating, intense
		Vine Domineering, ambitious, tyrannical, uncompromising, ruthless, cruel, narrow-minded
		Walnut Uncertain, easily influenced, inconsistent, distracted, Indecisive, major physical and biological change, unable to release the past
		Water Violet Independent, Isolated, antisocial, arrogant, wanting to withdraw, emotional avoidance
		White Chestnut Worry, overactive mind, incessant inner chatter, hyperactivity, insomnia, mental tension
		Wild Oat Vacillation, unable to find direction, moving from one activity to another

		Wild Rose Resigned, lifeless, unmotivated, boredom, emptiness, apathetic

Rescue Remedy

The Bach Rescue Remedy is the only combination formula of flower remedies and is considered an emergency mixture to help us restore calm and confidence during difficult or crisis situations (ranging from taking exams, to doctor visits which you dread, job interviews, fear, emotional turbulence, and extreme stress). Bach Rescue Remedy contains five single remedies which are based on what Bach describes as the five behavioral patterns that are triggered during emergency situations:

1. Rock Rose
2. Clematis
3. Impatiens
4. Star of Bethlehem
5. Cherry Plum

Rescue remedy can be taken in additional to other remedies. It can be taken internally, or is also available in a cream for cuts, rashes, scars, and bruises.
