Quantum TouchQuantum Touch as a Career
Since the release of Richard Gordon's 2002 edition groundbreaking book "Quantum Touch - The Power to Heal", this alternative healing technique has been rapidly gaining popularity.
The fact that it can be easily incorporated to compliment many other healing therapies and is both easily learned and can be practiced by anyone of practically any age is a significant draw.
More and more traditional medical practitioners are giving credence to various experiments being conducted to prove the ability of practitioners to positively affect the energy of the body. As more evidence and case studies are presented, this will encourage a new branch of science focused on vibrational healing and the act of directing life force energy.
Quantum Touch Certification & Licensing
The pioneer of Quantum Touch, Richard Gordon, developed a certification and licensing program. For more detailed and up-to-date information on this certification, please visit the Quantum Touch website. To receive a certification in Quantum Touch, individuals must:
| • | Attend two workshops, one of must be live and is presented over the space of two days, each typically with a 3-hour morning and 3 hour afternoon. The other can be a video workshop which consists of 12 hours of instruction presented on 4DVDs or videos. |
| • | Complete 60 hours of Quantum Touch sessions, with no more than 20 of the 60 hours practiced on plants, animals and engaging in distant healing. |
| • | Provide 5 creative insights about Quantum Touch. |
| • | Create a personal bio to be listed on the website. |
| • | Pay a one-time practitioner fee of $200. |
Advanced classes and instructor courses are also offered by www.quantumtouch.com.
The criteria for becoming a certified Quantum Touch Instructor includes a thorough knowledge of the basic techniques, and a completion of the following:

| • | Attendance of four basic and one advanced class |
| • | Pay a one-time $300 instructor fee |

Salary
No studies have been conducted on the earnings of Quantum Touch healers to date. The fees charged will depend on where you live, whether you work out of your own home or out of your clients home or have an office, and how many treatments you conduct per week.
Salaries for practitioners are similar to that of reiki practitioners and range from $60/hour up to $150/hour or more. Startup fees are very low as no special equipment is needed. If you are working independently and using a room within a medical office or similar facility, a percentage of the hourly fee may be taken. If you work as an employee, you will typically be paid a flat fee for each session, ranging from $50 and up per hour. If you are in a private practice, all profits are yours (minus taxes and any expenses).
Many Quantum Touch therapists combine this form of therapy with other energy healing modalities such as acupuncture, acupressure, reiki and qi gong. Chiropractors, physical therapists and craniosacral therapists also enhance their services with Quantum Touch due to the spontaneous adjustments which can be achieved.
Average Length of Study
Very little time is required to learn the principles of Quantum Touch. This can range from studying a book on the subject, buying a video workshop or attending a 2-day class (see above).
Average Tuition
For basic certification via Quantum Touch, fees are $90 for video workshop and $295 for 2-day workshop.
Advanced and instructor certification requires more workshops of similar fees. Please check the Quantum Touch website for the latest fees.
With the release of Richard Gordon’s book, “Quantum Touch – The Power to Heal,” the Quantum Touch methodology is now taught in a very concise, easy-to-follow framework which is both fun and simple to learn. The Body Healer highly recommends this book and has personally achieved significant success using its techniques.
