The number of Energy Psychology sessions depend on the nature of the problem(s) and how deep-seated their effect on the body. At the onset, sessions are normally weekly or bi-weekly with "homework" involving using specific techniques on a daily basis between sessions.
Energy Psychology takes an average of 5 to 60 sessions. Children often respond faster than adults due to their open and accepting approach to treatment.
Cost of treatments varies from $80-$150 per hour, and may be covered all or in part by health insurance. Ask the Energy Psychologist if they accept your health insurance plan, and if so, ask them for assistance in working with your insurance to determine your deductible and to what percent the sessions are covered. Many insurance plans only cover a certain percentage, and up to a maximum number of sessions per calendar year.
