What Special Equipment is Used?
The main piece of equipment used in Tua Ni are the hands. Similar to other healing modalities, practitioners also use a massage table, therapy bed or similar furniture for the comfort of the client.
Practitioners may also use oils such as sesame or Tui Na massage oil, or herbal compresses which are applied to specific areas of the body.
