Inability to stand due to rear limb weakness, an absess on the right elbow, and recent pneumonia.

Original Assessment:
Unable to walk or support her weight. Epilepsy. Severe discospondylosis.
Neurological deficits. Large absess with secondary soft tissue swelling below the right elbow. Soft tissue swellings from the knee to the hock in both rear limbs. Laxity (increased joint motion) was evident at both hips. Pain was evident in all four limbs and along her back. Moderate atrophy in all four limbs. Hyperextension of both carpal joints. Many chiropractic fixations.
Treatment Overview:
TOPS Vet Rehab treatment: acupuncture, animal chiropractic, hydro-treadmill, Pulsed Signal Therapy (PST), massage, passive range of motion, heat and cryotherapy, and strengthening and ambulation exercises.
Treatment Results:
Near normal recovery. Walking and running. Lorie is still suffering from seizures.
