Schedule a Session
To book a session, please complete Step 1 below and select the type of session you need, then complete Step 2 and fill out your new client paperwork. Looking to book a free consultation? Simply select "Free 30 Min Consult" from the choices available. After booking your appointment, you'll receive an email confirming the date and time, and the ability to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
In Person Sessions
If you live in the cities of Castle Rock / Lone Tree / Parker in South Denver, sessions are held in your home or at a location of your choosing. I strongly prefer sessions to be in your home because our living environment plays an important role in our state of mind and our state of health. If privacy is an issue, we can also meet at an alternate location of your choosing.
For health and nutrition coaching, we will be digging deep into your fridge and food cupboards, as well as visiting the grocery store where you'll learn how to differentiate healthy vs. unhealthy foods, identify GMOs, and eliminate pesticides. This requires your kitchen to participate!
If you live outside of the area, my call-in information will be sent to you via email when you schedule your appointment. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam email, and if it's still missing, contact me at

Once you've scheduled your first appointment, please complete your new client paperwork by filling out the online form below BEFORE your scheduled time. Completing this information is important and will allow me to quickly get up to speed on your needs and how I can help you. You'll only need to submit paperwork once. All information is securely transmitted and confidential.
Things to Remember
- IMPORTANT! After scheduling your appointment, please make sure to complete your paperwork prior to our scheduled time. No session can be held without paperwork submission.
- Please be on time for your appointment and make sure you have privacy and will not be interrupted.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please check your confirmation email which contains instructions. Rescheduling / cancellations can be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Changes within 24 hours forfeit payment. There is often a waiting list for certain times, therefore please schedule your time carefully so that others may be given the opportunity for an appointment if your schedule does not permit the time.
Session Fee & Packages
All sessions are $120 for 1 hour. All programs and 10-session packages are automatically discounted by 10%. The fee is a 1-time charge and I don't keep any client credit card information on file. When you schedule your appointment, your credit card information will be taken to hold your appointment time and will be charged upon completion of your session.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is very important to me. Our sessions, as well as any of your personal information, is always held in the strictest of confidence. Additionally, anything you transmit over our website is highly secure and any stored data is HIPAA compliant. Confidential information disclosed during our sessions is legally protected. The only exception to this rule is in response to a legal summons of information.
