Recipe:

Pin it
Chunky rainbow salsa
Chunky Rainbow Salsa

Tomatoes (red & yellow)
Bell pepper (yellow)
Hearts of palm
Scallions
Olives
White onion
3 cloves garlic
Sea salt & ground pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of olive oil (optional)
Herbs of choice

Dice all veggies.  Mix in other ingredients, chill, and serve.
